¡Final post! En inglés, muchas palabras (verbos, adjetivos y sustantivos) tienen una preposición fija que las acompaña. Esto se conoce como collocations, y son la fuente de muchos errores.

Muchos adjetivos que expresan sentimientos o estados van seguidos de una preposición específica.

Los verbos que se usan con preposiciones se llaman a menudo Phrasal Verbs (si la preposición cambia totalmente el significado del verbo) o simplemente Verbs + Preposition.9
